Spectrum is a juried exhibition of original, contemporary artwork by local and regional artists, and invites submissions in all media. Works must have been completed in the last two years and not previously exhibited at the Carriage Barn Arts Center. The jurors will review original works that speak to the theme of PASSAGES.
A PASSAGE describes the act of passing or traveling from one place to the next. This exhibition will explore the theme of journeys and transitions and the power of art to transport us into other worlds. Submissions may reflect on travel, inner journeys, personal narratives, and symbolism that are transformative in reaching creative epiphanies or spiritual connections. Selected works will transport viewers and highlight each artist’s creative and reflective journey through visual expression. Juried by Rachael Palacios and Heather Gaudio of Heather Gaudio Fine Art.
