My love of creating has been a lifeling passion. The always changing fashion industry is full of ideas that are exciting to me. My focus is jewelry and in the last five years knitting sweaters. My jewelry obsession began in my grandfather's jewelry store in White Plains, New York. I had taken some jewelry classes in college and really loved the craft and the feel of the metal. I started making beaded jewelry after college and supported myself selling wholesale to stores all over the world. I felt I needed to move on from beaded jewelry and began teaching myself metal smithing. It became too difficult to compete with goods coming in from China as far as jewelry went. I found it was easier to sell sweaters than jewelry so I added hand knitting to my wares.
