It is Diana's first time participating as a guest artist during Above Elite's bi-annual Open Studios (Dec. 9th & 10th). We are so excited to have her as a member of our group and look forward to many new and colorful works. Diana creates semi-abstract, mixed media works on paper. The common thread woven through her work is a love of sensual, organic shapes. Diana is a member of the Stonington Printmakers Society, The Artist’s Cooperative Gallery of Westerly, and the Mystic Arts Center. She also exhibits her work in a number of galleries throughout the region. Diana graduated from Hartford Art School, University of Hartford, cum laude with a BFA. She majored in painting. She currently maintains a cozy sun-filled studio in Charlestown, Rhode Island. She and her sculptor husband Richard are living the creative life!
