Throughout its 140-year history, the Salmagundi Club has been known as a thriving center for the art of living American artists. It has served as a haven for many of the earliest grand masters such as N.C. Wyeth, Childe Hassam, and Louis Comfort Tiffany.
Salmagundi continues to realize its vision in the 21st century, as it encourages and promotes its gallery artists, building on the recent dynamic resurgence of representational American art.
Ongoing exhibitions in Salmagundi’s three galleries throughout the year bring to the art loving public a huge array of fresh, dynamic works of painting, drawing, sculpture, photography, and fine-art prints, exploring the whole range of contemporary subject matter.
The Salmagundi Club is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
