Able Fine Art NY Gallery is proud to present the solo exhibition of paintings by Misun Chun. She is a Korean born artist working in acrylic. Her paintings deal with experiencing the isolation and alienation in daily life, questioning the purpose of existence. The chair symbolizes the absence or invisible ideal. “We close our eyes in order to see the other existence.”
She is a graduate of University of Choung-Ju and University of Sejong. She has exhibited in Seoul, Incheon, New Caledonia, Paris and New York; participated in Korea International Art Fair, the 32nd Korea Galleries Art Fair and Affordable Art Fair.
