Spotte Art is pleased to present LORI GLAVIN: DOWN TO EARTH, a solo exhibition of the artist’s recent work. This collection continues the artist’s exploration of spontaneous forms with everyday inspiration, but now with geometric rigidity and otherworldly compositions. The collection is available for purchase online starting early February 2019.

The show presents 11 works, and ranges from monotypes on paper to collaged works on panel.

Lori Glavin is an abstract painter, printmaker, and collage artist who has been involved in the visual arts for over 35 years. Throughout her career she has explored many styles and modes of making work, following a spontaneous explorations of domestic and mundane environments she lives in. Glavin works without a plan and embraces happy accident, building up forms piece by piece without a plan.
