David Dunlop’s Electric City

Best known for his dynamic and thriving landscapes of Connecticut’s Northwest corner, David Dunlop returns to The White Gallery yet again in an upcoming show “David Dunlop’s Electric City”. His focus, this time, is geared towards the fast paced New York City lifestyle, as he transforms the hectic city as most know it into a series of energetic yet ethereal scenes. Oil on both anodized and dibond aluminum remain as Dunlop’s favored materials, as his paintbrush seems to move at a pace equal to that of the city’s inhabitants, transportation and architecture.
The show runs from September 15th to November 5th, with an opening reception on September 16th from 5-7PM.
