Corrugated Worlds: the work of James Grashow

The Western Connecticut State University Department of Art presents “Corrugated Worlds: The Work of James Grashow” as the inaugural exhibition in the Visual and Performing Arts Center (VPAC) on the university’s Westside campus, 43 Lake Ave. Extension in Danbury. Gallery hours are Monday through Thursday, noon to 4 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, 1 to 4 p.m. Grashow’s work will be on display through Sunday, Dec. 7. The exhibition includes a unique arrangement of cardboard flowers, animals and people in the VPAC Art Gallery. Grashow also will talk about his life and work in an artist lecture from 7 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 20, 2014, in VPAC Room 108. The events are free and open to the public.
