Birds of prey, also known as raptors, are hunting birds characterized by hooked beaks, powerful grabbing feet armed with sharp talons, and the best eyesight and the sharpest hearing in the animal kingdom. Learn about these powerful creatures, their adaptations, and the challenges they face in a rapidly changing world. WingMasters will bring five live raptors to Wayside Visitors Center including one or more of the endangered raptors that they have rescued and care for at the WingMasters rehabilitation aviary.
