“The Art of Tasting” aims to provide a beginners approach to tasting the nuanced flavor notes of coffee. This event includes a short presentation of Coffee Flavor Profiles and The Coffee Flavor Wheel, fruit and vegetable pairings provided by Foods For Living, entree pairings and baked sweets pairings. The proceeds from the tickets will go to support the food justice programming at the Cristo Rey Community Center located in the North side of Lansing.
