“The Art Happening” is an all-afternoon, outdoor community art festival bringing together community members of all ages to create, witness, celebrate and support the arts in all forms. The Happening will take place at Pelham Art Center on 3rd Street and the adjoining municipal lot from 12:00 to 5:00pm. Admission is $10, children under 12 are free.
