The Lyme Art Association is hosting its signature fundraiser, Palate to Palette, on Thursday, Oct. 19, 2023 from 6 pm – 9 pm at its historic galleries in Old Lyme. This fun special event features live music by the Shoreline Jazz Duo, sumptuous fine food from top regional restaurants and caterers, and a silent auction of brand-new artwork specially created by our member artists. The auction also includes three mystery pieces by well-known artists Leif Nilsson, Janine Robertson, and Howard Park. Auction preview begins the first week of October.

This year’s exciting line-up of restaurants, caterers, and beverage sponsors includes [chow] Food & Beverage Co., AJ Noodle Bar, Bacari Social, Fresh Salt at Saybrook Point Resort & Marina, Fromage Fine Foods & Coffee, Gourmet Galley, Joshua Sea Food Truck, Noah’s at 63 Main, Old Lyme Inn, Old Lyme Country Club, On the Rocks at Fox Hopyard, Grey Sail Brewing of Rhode Island, Paulaner USA, and Whimsically Tipsy Mobile Bartending, presenting Up N Down Rock & Bourbon.

All proceeds go towards supporting the Lyme Art Association’s exhibitions and special projects, helping to ensure that this wonderful community of artists and art lovers continues to thrive. About the Lyme Art Association: Founded in 1914 by the American Impressionists, the Lyme Art Association continues the tradition of exhibiting and selling representational artwork by its members and invited artists, as well as offering art instruction, lectures, and other public programs to the community. The Lyme Art Association is located at 90 Lyme Street in Old Lyme, CT, in a building designed by Lyme colony artist and architect, Charles Adams Platt, and located within the national historic district.
