Kate Milliken, BMAC Lead Educator, and Lars Hunter, Bereavement Program Coordinator at Brattleboro Area Hospice, will lead a workshop on creating a mail art piece or letter to a loved one who has passed on. Participants will contemplate a phrase or an entire letter to write to their late loved one, reflecting on what they wish they could say to them now. Participants will be invited to take some time for reflection, then create a postcard-sized art piece. The art piece will be mailed to participants after the workshop and can serve as a memento. This event is presented in connection with Mitsuko Brooks: Letters Mingle Souls.
