Join us at the gallery to see the latest paintings by Jerry Powers.
An inhabitant of the Black Rock neighborhood, Powers paints his surroundings throughout the year, mostly in oils. This year’s exhibit is an eclectic group of paintings that show the natural world in a variety of guises as peaceful or turbulent, inviting, mysterious, prehaps a refuge or maybe just real-estate.
The artist’s reception, with music by Cameron Greenlee and refreshments, will be at the end of the show at 5 – 7pm on Saturday, August 20th.
