Tucson Museum of Art and Historic Block presents Barbara Rogers: The Imperative of Beauty, A Fifty-Year Retrospective.
In the 1970’s Barbara Rogers became popular as a modern artist through out California where she developed a unique photorealist style. After a strong hurricane in Hawaii in the 1980s, her work changed to abstraction, realism, and ornamentation. This retrospective will explore the range of her work.
