Art, animals, music, and more! Join us at Lyme Art Association on Saturday, July 15 from 10am – 1pm for a festive day of summer fun and celebrating the next generation of artists. Activities include an 11am awards presentation for the annual young artists show; the Tripledale Farm petting zoo (providing a great opportunity for artists young and old to bring their pencils and paints and draw animals from life); a mini-mural project led by PARJE (Public Art for Racial Justice Education), live music from Sue Mead and John Wood, a pop-up art library, and more. This event is free and open to the public.

The Young Artists Exhibition is back again this year at Lyme Art Association. From June 24 – July 16, Lyme Art Association will display the work of our community’s youngest artists in The Beauty Within. Artists between the ages of 5 to 18 were invited to submit works that explore the beauty of individuality through portraiture.
