“The challenge is simple…grab us in no uncertain terms.” We asked artists to portray a spirit that invites the viewer to share emotion and understanding through original portraiture. What do they envision when someone’s buttons have been pushed to or beyond their limits? In response, we have entries in 2D and 3D that show us strength, intensity, drama, light and shadow in distinctive and inventive imagery.

Join us for the opening reception to the 2nd annual Benjamin’s Buttons juried exhibit at the Chait Galleries Downtown Friday, February 20 ,2015 from 5-8PM. Meet the artists behind the work as we reveal who will take home Best-In-Show; a $400 top cash prize. Beverages and light appetizers will be served throughout the evening.
