Benigno presents: “When Photography Becomes Art.” This one hour presentation is the second event in a month long series of presentations by MCGOPA’s artists at the Swarthmore Public Library. The Speaker Series coincides with the 2015 MCGOPA Summer Exhibition on view at Swarthmore Borough Hall.
