ENTRY FEE. Submission fee is nonrefundable $25 for up to 5 entries. The entry fee must be paid to complete the submission at https://bojuart.com/callto-artists/
LIMITATIONS. The gallery will only accept living artist’s work 18 or older created within the last two years.
ENTRY PROCEDURE: Entrants must submit artwork and the following via email to [email protected] Name, address, email, cell, website, social media handles. Up to 5 digital images. Save as JPG format, with a maximum of 1MB ea. Name image that you
send as: yourname_titleofartwork_yearcreated_
medium_dimensions(height, width, depth)_

EXHIBITION. Works selected for the exhibition will be in the BOJUart Gallery. Accepted artwork for live exhibit should be appropriate for exhibition (framed, wired to hang, etc.) and shipped/delivered to BOJUart Gallery no later than April 1, 2019 by
6PM. Gallery is open to accept shipped or delivered artwork on: March 21, 22, 23; March 28, 29, 30; and April 1, 2.
PICK-UP. Works in the exhibition will be available for pick-up or shipping on May 6 – May 7, 2019.
DIGITAL IMAGE REQUIREMENTS. Work for exhibition will be selected and judged by digital images.
RETAIL SALES. All submitted artwork must be for retail sale. Artists will receive 60% of retail sale price. Required: retail sale price submitted by the artist aligns with to their published retail sales in other galleries, online or art fairs.
RIGHT OF REFUSAL. The gallery reserves the right to refuse work and limit the number of submitted items. Signing the entry form or submitting entries online denotes agreement to the terms and
conditions as stated in the entry information. PROMOTION. BOJUart shall use its best efforts to promote the exhibition artwork, this includes but is not limited to: advertising, digital, earned media,
direct mail and social media (postings including artist tags). This includes but is not limited to: advertising, digital, earned media, direct mail and social media (postings including BOJUart tags).
The artist agrees that BOJUart has the right to use the artist’s name, likeness, and biographical materials in connection with the Promotion of the exhibition artwork.
REPRODUCTION. BOJUart will be permitted to use the exhibition artwork to be photographed or reproduced for the purpose of promotion without the written permission of the artist. In every instance of such use, the artist shall be acknowledged as the creator and copyright owner of the exhibition artwork.
TRANSPORTATION RESPONSIBILITIES. Packing and shipping charges, insurance costs, other handling expenses, and risk of loss or damage incurred in the delivery of exhibition artwork from the artist to BOJUART, and/or from BOJUart to the artist, are the exclusive responsibility of the artist. This includes delivery to the gallery for the exhibition and after the exhibition. The artist is responsible for shipping costs and provide prepaid UPS or FedEx shipping labels for the artwork’s return. Artwork that does not have a prepaid shipping label or are not picked up, will become the property BOJUart.
Responsibility for Loss or Damage, Insurance Coverage. BOJUart shall be responsible for the reasonable safekeeping of all consigned exhibition artwork while in its custody. The Artist shall be strictly liable for any loss or damage and/
