Eligible artwork will be created with markers of the artist’s choice (for example: Sharpies, Micron, Pitt Pens, watercolor markers, paint markers, illustration markers, or any marker with a felt or brush tip). At least 80% of the work must be completed with markers. (No ballpoint pens.) Artwork must have been created by the artist and not exhibited at Artlink in the last two years. Artist must be 18 years of age or older. Artlink High School members may enter with their guardian’s permission. Artists may submit one piece to Artlink for consideration. All artwork must align with Artlink’s criteria regarding quality (criteria are available at www.artlinkfw.com on the About Artlink Page) and specifications as stated in this call for entry.

• Eligible artwork may be two- or three-dimensional. The piece cannot be larger than 60” x 60” including the frame and cannot weigh more than 70 lbs. including base (for 3-D submission). Work that weighs more than 50 lbs. may require the artist to be available for installation (please call Artlink).
• One piece per artist.
• No late entries and/or early pick up of work.
• All wall work must be framed and WIRED FOR HANGING. Saw-tooth hangers will not be accepted.
• There is no entry fee for Artlink members. There is a $10 entry fee for the general public.
• All artwork must be hand-delivered to Artlink between October 29 and November 5, 2014 during regular gallery hours. Artlink hours are Tuesday – Friday 10 a.m. – 5 p.m., Saturday 12-6 p.m. & Sun 12-5 p.m.
• All works must be original.
• All artwork must be identified on the back with artist’s name.
• Artlink will retain 35% of your sale price as commission on works sold.
• The artwork will be insured while on exhibit. Artlink is not liable for damage or loss in transit.
• The exhibit reception will be on Friday, November 14, 2014, 6-9 p.m. at Artlink. The exhibit will run through December 3, 2014 and artwork must remain in the gallery for the duration of the exhibit.
• Artwork should be picked up December 4 – 17, 2014 during regular gallery hours.

Artwork left at Artlink longer than 30 days becomes the property of Artlink, Inc. Artwork created from a photograph must be a photograph taken by the artist or artists must have purchased rights from the photographer. This is the responsibility of the artist. Artlink reserves the right to not accept artwork that does not meet the above criteria or is deemed inappropriate for the exhibit. Artlink reserves the right to photographically reproduce accepted entries for publicity purposes.
