LET IT FLOW: A National Exhibit showcasing works of fluid media including watercolor, gouache, alcohol/acrylic/charcoal inks, liquid acrylics. With five cash prizes totaling $600, artists are encouraged to unleash their creativity and vision. We encourage you to share a sampling of your portfolio with up to 5 entries accepted per artist.

Application: All submissions must be made through CaFE (CallForEntry.org) now through August 20, 2021: https://artist.callforentry.org/festivals_unique_info.php?ID=9082 and all applicants are asked to provide a Secondary Data Form at https://wickfordart.org/exhibits-2021/let-it-flow/

Notification of Acceptance: Submitted works will be reviewed by our jurist and accepted artist will be notified by e-mail by September 3, 2021. Artists are asked to fully prepare works for presentation following our Exhibit Registration Guidelines.

Eligibility: All Members and Non-Members are invited to submit up to five works representing fluid media: watercolor, liquid acrylics, gouache, alcohol/drawing/acrylic ink.

Entry Fee: Members benefit from a 30% off coupon – provided in July through a membership email or call: 401-294-6840. First entry $35, each additional $15.

Delivery of Accepted Works: Accepted work must be shipped to a specified UPS Store location by Monday: October 25, or work can be hand-delivered to 36 Beach Street, North Kingstown on Tuesday: October 26 (noon-6pm), Wednesday: October 27 (noon-3pm).

Opening Reception: Friday- October 29, 2021, time: 4-7pm; prizes announced at 7pm.

Sales: WAA retains 30% on all sales by member exhibitors, 40% on all sales by non-member exhibitors.
