A Multi-Platform Exhibit & Events in partnership with Edible Rhody Magazine with an in-gallery exhibit: September 10 – October 3, 2021

All submissions must be made through our NEW online system; artists are asked to submit a SAMPLE portfolio that demonstrate your ability to capture figures, landscape, food/beverage product, and/or on-location, candid images through photography. WAA will seek to assemble a select team of photographers to partner with representatives from the RI food economy: farmers, fishers, aquaculture, vintners/brewers and food artisans to capture our resilient and creative local food industry, the process of manufacturing, the trials, tribulations and celebration of high quality, local product. Submitted works will be reviewed by our jurist and accepted artists will be notified by e-mail by January 30, 2021. Participating artists will be required to prepare final exhibition pieces (3-5 pieces to fill a 36″x48″ display space) within specific presentation guidelines. Our exhibit, participating artists, and selected works will be featured in the Summer 2021 issue of Edible Rhody, artists will have the option to participate in a Food & Art Market, and will gain experience and access to photograph on-site with food industry partners across the Ocean State.
