A/NT Gallery is shopping around for a new gallery space, but in the meantime our current landlords’ real estate broker has put up their own art in the window. We think it’s very passé and would like the artists of Seattle (and beyond) to have a crack at a better FOR LEASE sign for our window.

So this is an invite to all artists to create more beautiful FOR LEASE signs to hang at A/NT Gallery. There will be no jury selection or censorship, so feel free to interpret this theme as you see fit.*

The hanging fee for all of October will be only $10 per piece** (all proceeds will go towards us moving to a new space), and…

There will be a $100 PRIZE for the best FOR LEASE sign!***

Drop off times for art: September 28 – October 3, between 11am and 6pm. Bring to A/NT Gallery at : 2045 Westlake Ave, Seattle WA, 98121

Exhibit will run October 1-31, 2014, with an opening reception on October 4 from 6pm – late. Since this may be the last month in our current space, we’re going to make this exhibit a memorable one!

* Though we don’t censor, please don’t break the law by expressing any threats or anything that may be otherwise illegal. A/NT Gallery will not be held responsible for the opinions expressed by any of the artists hanging in the show.

** The hanging fee is $10 per piece with 4 hour volunteer commitment. It will be $20 per piece without volunteer commitment. Maximum width per piece: 4′ wide

*** The award for best FOR LEASE sign will be voted for by attendees at our Oct. 4 opening. The votes will be counted before and announced during the Belltown Art Walk, on October 10 between 6-9pm.
