ART ON THE CANAL 2019
A new art event in Sunnyslope, Phoenix, Arizona
CALL TO ARTISTS
Sunnyslope – North Central is hosting a juried art event, open to emerging artists, mid-career artists, and established artists.
Students, under the age of eighteen, are also invited to submit an application, with up to three images of their finest work, and no application fee, to be considered for a student show during the event.
For one afternoon, the canal, at Herberger Park One, will be alive with people, art, music, and refreshments.
What: A juried art event with up to 100 artists and artisans.
Where: North Central Phoenix, along the canal at Herberger Park One.
Tents and electricity are included and will be set-up prior to artists arrival.
When: Saturday, October 5, 2019
How: Fill out and submit an artist’s application, along with up to five
images of your art, representative of what you would be including in the art event, and a $25.00 non-refundable application fee. Artists applying for the event along the canal must be over the age of eighteen. If your artist application is accepted the fee for the booth is $165.00 which includes a 10’x10′ white tent (no sides to enjoy the views) and a basic dome light for inside your tent. There will also be the option to add modestly priced add-ons, such as full electricity, tables, chairs, etc. and everything will be set-up by 6 am for artists arrival the day of the event.
