Applications Invited for Town Poet Laureate

The Town of Arlington, MA seeks applications from individuals interested in serving as its fourth Poet Laureate by Nov. 30, 2022.

Applicants will be “a dynamic, self-motivated individual” to serve a three-year term acting as the town’s leading poetic voice, an ambassador for poetry who encourages the reading and writing of poetry throughout Arlington.

The role receives an annual stipend of $750, and may work closely with the Library, Arts & Culture Commission, Arlington Schools, and other town and cultural entities.
