Open to visual artists working in oil, acrylic, watercolor, photography, pencil and charcoal, paper, mixed media, fabric, glass, wood, stone and clay. The 2-day Festival is 10/12 and 10/13 on the Madison Green, the gallery show is 9/27 through 11/10.
