The Dacotah Prairie Museum presents its Permanent collection and local artists in acommunity museum that dates back 70 years. In 1938 the Northern South Dakota History Museum the Central building on Northern’s campus collection grew loans and donations until it amassed over 500 items.
Today, The Dacotah Prairie Museum is a non-profit learning center designed to continue the collection of art ongoing history of its region.
