Each year Paint Creek Center for the Arts (PCCA) transforms our gallery space into a Holiday Art Market. Our goal is to offer unique handmade, one-of-a-kind gifts for every budget, created by artists from the Midwest and especially Michigan. The deadline to submit your work is Friday, September 29th 2017, by 12 AM (midnight). There is no fee to apply.

This year our Holiday Art Market will be held on November 10th – December 21st.

Guidelines and Information:
1. Open to artists living in Michigan and the Midwest, 18 years and older ONLY.
2. All entries must be original work, designed and executed by the accepted artist. Entries must be ready for display in the Holiday Art Market.
3. No kit work, or commercial reproductions of any kind will be allowed.
4. Work should be priced between $5-$200.
5. Commission: PCCA retains 40% commission on all sales.
6. Sales Tax: PCCA collects, reports, and pays all sales tax.
7. PCCA reserves the right to reject any entry that is unsuitable in size or fragility, does not meet the guidelines specified, or is not representative of the work selected/juried. PCCA reserves the right to control artist inventory for an appropriate offering of works.
8. PCCA reserves the right to photograph work on display for use in promotions in the Holiday Art Market and for future promotion materials for PCCA.
9. Artist is responsible for bringing work to PCCA, and picking work up, or for covering shipping costs both to and from PCCA (if work does not sell).
10. Artists are responsible for labelling all works delivered with tags. Tags should list artist’s name, an item number (which corresponds with your completed inventory sheet), and price. Inventory sheets will be provided in advance, and upon artist acceptance in to the Holiday Art Market.

Accepted artists will be notified by EMAIL ONLY by: Friday, October 13th 2017.
If your work is accepted you must bring your acceptance letter, completed contract, and inventory sheet to PCCA when dropping off your work.
All accepted works must arrive at PCCA by: Friday, October 27th 2017.
