Vision Box Project, Old Lyme, CT
Lyme Academy College of Fine Arts
Jun. 19, 2024 - Sep. 10, 2018
Search for the vision boxes and follow their trail through some of the beautifully preserved areas in Old Lyme. This interactive public art project celebrates the braided relationship between artistic and land conservation vision that has occurred in this area. Thanks to efforts of conservation organizations and visionary individuals in Old Lyme we can still enjoy the beauty and wildness that first attracted the artists here at the turn of the 20th century.
Project on view: June 19 – September 10, 2018
Opening Reception: July 19, 2018, 5 p.m
