The Flinn Gallery
Feb. 4, 2025 - Mar. 16, 2016
Just in time to sweep the winter doldrums away, the Flinn Gallery presents More More More, a whirlwind of extravagant color, shapes, and materials, open fromFebruary 4 through March 16. The show explores the resurgence of abstraction through the work of David Ambrose, Charles Clary, Katherine Daniels, Wayne Herpich, and Jason Middlebrook. Sometimes Mies van der Rohe’s dictum that “less is more” is wrong. This winter, More More More feels right in a celebration of excessive form, abundant color, and refined craftsmanship.
More More More has been curated by Tracy McKenna, Kirsten Pitts, and Joanne O’Neil. The Flinn Gallery, sponsored by the Friends of the Greenwich Library, is located on the second floor of the library’s main branch at 101 West Putnam Avenue, Greenwich CT. The gallery is open daily Monday to Saturday 10-5, Thursday until 8, and Sunday 1-5. For more information, please call the gallery: 203.622.7947 www.flinngallery.com
