Waterscapes Light/Color/Gesture is a photography exhibition by Larry Rankin. Rankin’s new body of work captures the universal sensory appeal of water and it’s effect on color, light and emotion. More a response to experience than a depiction of the literal, these works embody the idea of “thin place” experiences – where the veil beween this world and the spirit world is more transparent and one catches a glimpse of the Sacred.
Living Local – a display of works by CALC gallery artists will be featured in the upper gallery. The theme is celebrating the scenes that make the Carlisle area unique.
Gallery hours are Tues – Fri 10-5pm. Saturday 10-3 or by appointment
