A solo exhibition of work by emerging artist, Betsey Gravatt, will be on view at the Thomases Family Endowment Art Gallery in Youngstown, Ohio from November 9 through December 21.
“Betsey Gravatt: 1999” draws upon brightness and nostalgia associated with childhood memories juxtaposed with a sometimes unsettling, abstract imagery. This is a show of contrasting compositions designed as works on paper, canvas, and wood panel.
