The 104th Elected Artists Exhibition celebrates the artistry of the Lyme Art Association’s Elected Artists, our most accomplished artists, and the torch-bearers of the American representational tradition. Enjoy viewing the best works of LAA’s top artists. Red Hot is a juried exhibition at the Lyme Art Association that celebrates the power, passion, and moving nature of the color red. Member artists explored the many shades of red—from crimson to scarlet, ruby to rust. Whether used subtly or in full saturation, these works embraced red as a central element of expression. The New Haven Paint & Clay Club Select Members Exhibition returns to the galleries of the Lyme Art Association for another colorful show showcasing their selected members’ work. Chosen artists for this year’s show are Aspasia Anos, Jill Abele Butcher, William Butcher, Frank Bruckmann and Heidi Harrington.
