I am a Photographer and Art Teacher from Metro Detroit, MI. I attended Oakland University and received a Bachelor of Studio Art degree with a concentration in photography along with a K-12 certification to teach visual art. Recently I completed a Masters in Educational Studies; International Baccalaureate. I taught in various schools in Michigan before moving to Connecticut to accept my current position as a high school photography teacher. My personal artistic expressions are carried out through photography. Most recently I have been experimenting with wet-plate photography, taking my studio on the road in my car as a traveling tintype darkroom.
