Two artists, generations apart, yet inextricably linked by spirit and talent, Maureen McCabe and Ernst Von Maydell share abundantly imaginative minds and artistic visions. McCabe has admired Von Maydell’s works and, with this exhibition as inspiration, has created an extraordinary tribute to him and his work by creating subtly restrained assemblages based on several of his watercolors. Fantasy and fancy ensue. Opening reception on Saturday, October 7 from 5pm. to 7pm. Gallery talk on Wednesday, October 11 at 5:30pm. Admission is free.
