Opening Reception and a meeting with the photographer: Friday, January 19, 7:30p.m.

Vladimir Frumin won Carol Crow Memorial Fellowship Award by Houston Center for Photography. His portfolio “I am American” had been chosen by Sony for an exhibition in Summerset House (London). The fine art photos by Vladimir are presented on the sites of National Geographic, Hasselblad and others.

This exhibition, “Losing Skyline and Other Stories”, are his visual essays expressed in his own unique style of black & white photography that has given him worldwide recognition. The series “Losing Skyline” is Frumin’s venture into nature. He takes ordinary trees, bushes and landscape and infuses a mood and sense of moment.
