Offering a relaxed and inclusive approach, Eric guides critique attendees to respond to their work and that of others in a deeply personal and emotional manner.

Eric’s experienced and sophisticated eye evaluates work for coherence and integrity. Are the artist’s intentions being realized within the visual language that is presented? How can issues of focus, specificity, and intention be better resolved? The question of beauty is discussed relative to the artist’s intention. Getting to the essence of artistic expression while eliminating unnecessary baggage and old ideas also forms the basis for critique. Attendees will understand how the expression of the intuitive self, made conscious and visible, is essential to creating an authentic visual style.
