Hygienic Art is proud to announce the return of the Howling Halloween Bash at The Haunted Ballroom at Crocker House (35 Union Street, New London) on Saturday, October 25 at 8pm. Besides being New London’s Party of the Year, the event is Hygienic Art’s only annual fundraiser supporting its diverse arts and cultural programming including more than 50 music, theater and cinema events, after-school educational programming for city youth, and its downtown facilities including the Hygienic Galleries, Art Park and Artist Cooperative.
The dance party will be a deadly feast of the senses featuring outrageous costumes, wicked cocktails, bloody yummy gourmet food and great music in the lavishly decorated ballroom at the Crocker House. The evening’s soundtrack will be provided by the power funk outfit What Up Funk. The band has shared appearances with Stevie Wonder, Tower of Power, Little Anthony & The Imperials, blues innovator James Cotton, pop icons Taylor Dayne and Richard Marx among many others.

Cash prizes will be awarded for best costumes with a grand prize of $500 for the best in show and additional cash prizes for categories such as Most Creative and Best Team Costume.
