RAA is proud to announce our first art exhibition of 2018.
This year marks the 10th year anniversary of our exhibition Of Women. In celebration of the Women’s History Month, RAA is bringing back this show to honor women and women artists of multiple generations.
Of Women aims to recognize and highlight the remarkable women in our lives and the significant feats they have done no matter how vast or small.
Of Women is open to and inclusive of all women artists, regardless of gender identity, self-identity, expression, status, dysphoria or non-conformance. All artistic mediums are welcome.
Of Women is on view from March 10 – April 8 at RAA’s sTudio 7 Gallery, Fort Tilden. The show will be juried by Angel Bellaran.
About the Juror: Angel Bellaran is a curator, art-historian, and educator. Bellaran has spent the last decade pursuing a passion for contemporary art and – specifically – the study of international curatorial and artistic practices.
