Modern Light: Jewelry and Fine Craft is a juried art exhibit seeking jewelry artists and makers and fine art craftspeople who see their work as art. It is encouraged to submit wearable and useable art pieces. There is no maximum of artworks that may be submitted. A sliding entry fee is used for more entries.
Exhibition Theme: Art Jewelry and Fine Art Crafts. Drawing inspiration from the Arts and Crafts Movements of the turn of the early 20th Century for their next art exhibit, Galaudet Gallery seeks to reconnect artists and audiences through quality made jewelry and fine art crafts that are functional with a twist of art within. Objects that resonate their utility and their sculptural beauty will be considered as the fine art jewelry and fine art crafts we seek. All accepted pieces will be displayed in our stunning Victorian gallery and will be featured in our Modern Light: Art Jewelry and Fine Art Craft in the 21st Century art exhibit catalog.
