The Southern Alleghenies Museum of Art at Bedford is pleased to announce we are now accepting applications for the Donald M. Robinson Photography Biennial juried exhibition. The Donald M. Robinson Photography Biennial exhibition will open on Friday, July 25, 2025, and will run through Sunday, October 19, 2025.
The Robinson Biennial is a juried exhibition attracting photographers from across the nation. Cash awards will include a top prize of $2,000 for first place, $1,000 second place award, and a $750 for the third-place award. The exhibition and events are sponsored by the Donald & Sylvia Robinson Family Foundation.
Artworks included in the exhibition will be selected by juror, Nicole Elliott. Prizes will be awarded by juror, Skip Allen. The application deadline is February 23, 2025. Notification of acceptance will be received by art-ists by Friday, May 2, 2025, via mailed and emailed letters of acceptance. A ceremony to announce the award winners will be held on Saturday, August 2, 2025, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
