City-Wide Open Studios is the largest open studios event on the East Coast encompassing 3 weekends in October. Two weekends are specifically for artists in the Greater New Haven area to open up their studios to the public. The third weekend, the alternative space, is open to all artists to install and exhibit their work in the Goffe St Armory in New Haven, CT. We are also considering site specific installations (with paid stipends) and artists can apply at no additional cost to be visited by curator led tours.
