“Shades Of Green” – The curators are looking for work based on art of any subject that is enhanced through various shades of green. The extent of the green color applied to the composition is not a factor of consideration in the judging of each piece. It is rather how effectively this color engages the viewer to enter the artist’s narrative. Colors communicate a broad spectrum of emotions and expressions as well as a diverse range of sensual symbolisms. All submissions for entry can be expressed from realism to abstraction.
Eligibility & Mediums: This competition is open to all artists/photographers 18 years of age or older. Submissions for consideration can be expressed in any of the following aspects: representational, expressionism, surrealism, or abstraction. Entries must be created in any still medium: painting, drawing, photography, sculpture, digital art, prints, fiber art, collage, installations.
