APPLY: All submissions must be made through our NEW online system; please complete the form and upload one to three electronic images (low-resolution JPGs) by March 5, 2021.
NOTIFICATION OF ACCEPTANCE: Submitted works will be reviewed by our jurist and accepted artist will be notified by e-mail by March 15, 2021. ELIGIBILITY: All Members and Non-Members are invited to submit up to three works in any media.
ENTRY FEE: Members: 1 entry $20 / 2 entries $30 / 3 entries $40 & Non-Members: 1 entry $25 / 2 entries $40 / 3 entries $55
DELIVERY OF ACCEPTED WORK: Accepted work can be hand-delivered to 36 Beach Street, North Kingstown on Tuesday: April 6 (noon-6pm), Wednesday: April 7 (noon-3pm).
OPENING RECEPTIONS: Pending – Friday: April 9, 2021 (1-hour Sessions at 3pm, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm); a link to reserve tickets will be provided soon.
SALES: WAA retains 30% on all sales by member exhibitors, 40% on all sales by non-member exhibitors.
PICK-UP: All work should be collected on Tuesday: May 4 (noon-6pm) or Wednesday: May 5 (noon-3pm).
