The LSU Student Union Art Gallery at Louisiana State University has announced a call for entries for the 2015 20″x 20″x 20″: A National Compact Competition and Exhibit to all Artists residing in the United States. The National exhibit will be held April 9- June 10, 2015 in the LSU Student Union Art Gallery, Baton Rouge, LA. The deadline for online entries is Friday, February 6, 2015.
The 20″ X20″ X20″ National Compact Competition was established over 20 years ago to bring contemporary art to LSU that was being produced throughout the country. Artists from all 50 states, with the exception of Alaska & Hawaii, have been active participants throughout the life of the competition. Approximately four thousand art enthusiasts over a two month period travel to the LSU Student Union Art Gallery each year to visit the exhibit and take in the newest works in the contemporary art world.
