This exhibition is open for all living U.S. contemporary artists residing above and below
Interstate 10, the southernmost transcontinental highway ranging from San Diego,
California, through several states including Texas and onward to the east in Jacksonville,
Florida. The basic concept of the connectivity of land, road, transportation and travel are,
indelibly, American themes. Although open to all 2–D art forms in abstract, non-representational
or realist imagery, submissions should reflect this landscape/land–based motif.
