The Blue Door Gallery exhibition features Satish Joshi’s 2013-2014 “Urbanlights”, a continuation of his enduring artistic consideration of natural elements. His mixed media on canvas explore texture, light and color in his newest series. Since the 1970s he has been interested in the interplay and exploration of these themes. Please join us at the Blue Door Gallery for the opening reception on Saturday May 3, 2:00 – 5:00 pm and the closing reception on Friday, May 23, 5:00 – 8:00 pm. Additional Meet & Greet the Artist Receptions are scheduled for Thursday, April 24, 5:30 – 7:30 pm, Friday, May 2, 5:00 – 8:00 pm and Saturday, May 10, 2:00 – 5:00 pm. Regular gallery hours are Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays from 12 noon -5:00 pm.
