The art department of Howard Payne University, Brownwood, Texas is pleased to announce its I-10 Two, our Second Biennial National Exhibition of Two Dimensional art .All two dimensional art forms will be considered for this exhibition which runs from March 27-May 5, 2017.Our juror is Mr. Ruben Salinas, professor of art at the State University of New York, Oneonta, New York. 1st, 2nd and 3rd place awards will be awarded in April 2017.Artists may send 1-3 works on a CD.
