Core Art Space is proud to present The Artist and the Garden, a juried exhibition open to artists from the Front Range and across the country. Juried by Susan T. Fisher, the well-known artist and educator in the field (or should we say garden) of botanical art.

A timeless theme throughout the centuries, the artist and the garden, has been expressed with many different artistic styles. However, this show presents contemporary interpretations of this concept. What comes to the artist’s mind when thinking of the garden and how does it relate back to the artist and the artist’s world? This spring many of us with green thumbs are itching to start digging in the dirt. Visit Core Art Space and get that itch scratched with this overview of the garden from artists across the country.

Juror, Susan T. Fisher, has taught botanical art classes for over 25 years. She created curriculum and taught at Denver Botanic Gardens where she coordinated the botanical art program. She teaches from coast to coast.
