The Connecticut Women Artists organization was founded 87 years ago in 1929. Since exhibition opportunities for women were rare at that time these women started a society of female artists. This is the 86th National Juried Show and the Juror of Selection and Awards is Min Jung Kim, Director of the New Britain Museum of American Art, New Britain, Connecticut. Join us for the Opening Reception on Saturday, August 20 from 1-3pm, free and open to the public.
